Over the years, the more information I channel about the physical body, the more amazed I become with the incredible “machine” that our God has created.
Our physical body has its own intelligence! It knows when we love it, accept it, and when we do, or do not, properly nurture it.
If we are in harmony with it, it cooperates with us and does what it is supposed to do to remain healthy and in balance. If we are not in harmony with it, it retaliates, with aches and pains, disorders, or illnesses, often for the purpose of “waking us up” and making us change!
There are few things you can do to create an harmonious energy within your body.
Be aware of any negative thoughts you might have about your body. Being aware of your thoughts, over and over again, will eventually take the power away from them, until they are diminished. Then, as always, you must apply action!
Change what you CAN change about your body, and ACCEPT what you can not. For example, with determination and the right nutritional program, you can lose the excess weight that you do not like and therefore make your body happy and content.
However, there is nothing you can change or do about your body getting older, other then accept and honor it for the age that it is. Accepting your age will relax your body, keep you in harmony with it, and help it, to help itself, graciously grow old.
Good luck!

THE ELDERLY
THE ELDERLY
In my volunteer work as the hospital chaplain I come across a lot of people who need support and prayer and a listening ear, yet the ones who I feel so sensitive toward and sympathetic to, are the older people. Especially the ones who are lonely. The ones that no longer have a spouse to support them or even a close family member or friend who cares enough to visit. It is truly heartbreaking to see them alone in the hospital room. They appear so fragile and fearful, and unfortunately, often angry. Due to their health a lot of them are also unable to return to their own home and need to find a place where they can continue to live, or more like exist, which of course they often resist out of the great fear of the unknown.
When I start talking to them they express to me that they feel as if now, that they are old, they are not needed any longer by their friends, family, or the world. They say that they feel that others look at them as useless and a burden on society.
As we continue our conversation, I realized that these “useless” people are quite amazing. They are wise, funny, fun, and academically smart. Some of them are even forgotten heroes. Some of them share with me their life experiences; the wars they fought in, the kids they raised, and the many ways in which they contributed to this world. This of course makes the way they feel so much more tragic and sad.
In order to help them I first and foremost listen attentively. Some of them like me to hold their hands and stroke their head. And all of them, always, enjoy the best medicine of all; laughter.
Value and respect the elderly, the ones that you know and more so the ones you don’t. Listen to what they have to say. We can learn a lot from their many life experiences. Besides, we will all be “the elderly” one day. And so keep in mind the universal law of “what goes around comes around”.

Spirit Guide Message
Yesterday, during my morning meditation, I channeled Barmenanda who is one of my beloved Spirit Guides.
He spoke about how most people on this planet just exist rather than live!
He spoke about how common it is for us to focus our attention on our lives as a cup that we think is half empty, as opposed to, the half that is actually always full. How we are always worried, afraid, and obsess about our past and our unknown future. How rarely we allow ourselves to just be, and bask in the perfect state of the present moment, and how we tend to judge and misinterpret our challenging experiences as curses, rather than as blessings in disguise.
The problem with this, Barmenanda continued, is when you just joylessly exist, you waste a perfectly good opportunity to use this school-like planet, and this incarnation, for what it was meant for, which is growth. And unfortunately, it is the ultimate disappointment for your soul which carefully planned this life solely for that purpose.
I asked him why we do that.
He said that we are a species who think too much, and thus view our lives from the perspective of our mind, which usually tends to be judgmental, negative, fearful, and energetically heavy. Using the mind to judge our life, can also cause us to forget who we really are, and why we are here.
How can we change that, I asked.
Switch perspectives, from your mind’s to your neutral, fearless, and immortal soul.
Authentically, and without a doubt, know that all your challenges, difficulties, life circumstances, and people are valuable, important, and are there for a reason. None of them are good or bad, but simply necessary to experience as part of your Earthy incarnation; as a part of your soul’s growth.
Barmenanda finished his message by saying: Don’t be afraid of your life. Enjoy it, learn from it, and live life to the fullest.
Departed Loved Ones
Our departed loved ones appreciate it very much when we celebrate their birthday after they are gone. Especially when we celebrate it in fun and joyful ways. When we remember the good times we had with them on previous birthday celebrations when they were here on Earth.
Although it is perfectly normal to experience sadness and grief on that day, try your best to remain uplifted by remembering that your loved one is not dead, but very much alive and well, back home in the spirit world and are very much aware of your emotions.
On their birthday you can be certain that they are with you in spirit. Well aware and grateful for you acknowledging and celebrating that day, especially when we make the effort to focus on their life and not their passing.
On their birthday, our loved ones in spirit are desperate to make their presence known to us by giving us signs such as pennies or other coins, familiar smells, mutual songs, and even navigate people toward us who looks like them. So pay attention, and when you come across a sign, immediately acknowledge it and hold gratitude for the soul.
Today, I celebrate my dear beloved husband and friend Richard’s birthday who left this world way too soon, at the age of 43. Richard would have been 51 years old today.
I remember that Richard always claimed that he did not care if we celebrated his birthdays, yet, a gift was always expected (along with a good wine and his favorite beer)…
Happy birthday honey, I miss you and love you, please, keep visiting me until we meet again “in-person”…

“Giving Back”
I am a true believer in the concept of “giving back”. To me, this means giving a portion of my time freely and using my spiritual work to help better people’s lives, their well being, and their spiritual awareness.
I believe that there are very few things that can make you feel better about yourself, strengthen your connection to other people, and express your love for God, other than volunteering your time and expertise to help others.
In my work, I do free webinars that allow me to connect with people from all over the world twice a month, discuss spiritual concepts and ideas, and answer questions. I also make my work available for people in times of crisis for emergency consultations. However, this year, I was still looking for another way to work with people face to face and share my spiritual gifts.
I am so excited to share with you that I found the perfect position to volunteer my gifts and will be serving the community as the Spiritual Chaplain for “Temecula Valley Hospital” right here in Temecula, Ca.
I am praying that my Team of Spirit Guides and Angels, and the Ascended Masters, will support me in my work as a Chaplain so that I can be the vessel for God’s healing powers and comfort, in order to ease the suffering of the patients and their loved ones during their time of crisis.
Love to you all,
Miki
Put the I in the I love you!
Put the I in the I love you!
Often people feel guarded, uncomfortable, or awkward using the phrase “I love you” and try to find a safer short-cuts.
For example, If you want to express your love to another person, don’t say: “love you” say: “I love you!”. Or, when someone tells you they love you, don’t reply “me too” say: “I love you too”!The word itself, LOVE, has a very powerful energy! It connects us to others, strengthens our relationships, and softens our Egos. And so in life, we need to use the word LOVE often and use it properly!
I Love you all ?

Helping People That Are Grieving
Helping People That Are Grieving
Sometimes people are confused by what to say and how to approach a person that is grieving.
First and foremost, no matter who the grieving person is, whether it is someone that is close to you or someone that you do not know very well, and no matter what are the circumstances of the death, you ALWAYS say: “I am so sorry for your loss…”!
Then, you base your interaction as well as the conversation on how well you know the person and how familiar you are with their belief system.
To a spiritual person who is dealing with a loss, a discussion about the immortal nature of the soul as well as our home in the spirit world, is very soothing and helpful. Of course, however, if someone is not open to any of this, a discussion about spirituality can actually be a turn-off where the person’s feeling’s might get hurt, the Ego might get defensive, and the grief process might even deepen.
For example, if you know that the person is spiritual and is familiar with what happens to us when we die, you can talk about some spiritual concepts. However, if you know that the person is either religious and has a specific sets of beliefs, in regard to what happens to his/her loved one after death, or if the person is a non-believer of any kind, it is NOT a good idea to “force” any spiritual concepts/information on them, even if you know that it will be helpful!
Obviously if you do not know the person at all and therefore are not familiar with their spiritual awareness or set of beliefs, you also need to stay away from any spiritual discussion, and only offer your condolences, support, and love!
The main thing you always want to keep in mind is that: when you interact with someone that is grieving, specifically right after the passing, you want to let the person lead the way as to when they want to talk, what they want to talk about, and how much talk they want to talk, if any.
At the time of grief, some people want to talk about the passing with great details while others don’t, some want company of family and friends, and some want to be left alone, some need to talk about the person that they lost in order to feel better, and to others a discussion about the person that is no longer there with them can deepen sorrow….
To be an effective spiritual supporter to a person that is grieving you need to observe and listen carefully to what make THEM feel better in order to base your words, behavior, interactions with them accordingly!
Lots of love to you all… Please, stay safe!

“REAL” ROAD ACCIDENTS
“REAL” ROAD ACCIDENTS
In my work, more than ever before, I am seeing a lot of people that have lost loved ones to car crashes, and other road-related accidents. Lately, in readings, a lot of Souls are coming through complaining that their death was a “real” accident, meaning that they crossed over prematurely of their incarnation’s planed time of death!
I decided to write this message to bring to your attention a few important SPIRITUAL points that you must take into consideration when you are on the road.
Obviously, when you drive a car, a bicycle, motorcycle, or any other vehicle, make sure you drive safely! Do not speed, get edgy, angry, or become impatient with other drivers. If you are planning to cross the road, be super aware of your surroundings and do not take any risk if your “gut feelings” tell you to wait or cross the street in another location. Try and pay special attention to your “gut feelings” when driving!
Also, as equal to and as important as the above obvious tips, you also need to understand accidents from the perspective of ENERGY!
Due to the law of attraction, the energy that you project will create the same frequency of energy that you will attract. If you drive angry, fight in the car, hold resentment, drive while overly stressed out, or have a lot of drama in you life due to you mental state for example, you will create in the car a low frequency type of energy. With that negative/low energy, you will risk the chance of attracting to yourself the exact same type of energy from other drivers which can result in a crash or accident. If you have that low energy and you are approaching an intersection where a pedestrian happens to cross the street and also have that same vibrational low energy, you can hit that person with your car. Of course, not all low energies that we create will necessarily attract such great tragedies. Sometimes, we can create some unpleasant experiences that will add hassle into our lives nonetheless. We might be involve in a minor “fender bender” that will require a lot of money to repair, our car will unexpectedly break down, we will have a flat tire, etc…
It is important for me to remind you here the great love and protection that we have from our Guardian Angels who watch and protect us on the road! However, due to “Free Will” if we act stupidly, recklessly, and create for ourselves negative circumstance with our energy, no matter how much they want to help us, our Guardian Angels will be forced to step aside and allow us to experience the exact circumstances that we create!
Please, stay safe!

THE MAGICAL CONCEPT OF ” THE MIRACLE LIST”
THE MAGICAL CONCEPT OF ” THE MIRACLE LIST”
We are immensely loved by many spirits that can help us achieve that which we want in life. Creating a miracle list is an effective way to strengthen the energy of our requests, and help speed up the process of granting them.
There are few important rules that you need to remember when you create your miracle list in order to make it more effective!
1. Write down everything that you want in life, be as specific as you possibly can! Put as many details as you need.
Ask for help in your day to day life: a new job/career, a promotion/more money, a life partner, new home, better health, and so forth. Also ask spirits to help you overcome your Ego’s weaknesses: your anger, frustration, worry, jealousy, envy…
2. Stay realistic with your miracle list expectations!
When you ask for more money, for example, it is important to write down a realistic figure that you would like to earn. Asking spirit for a million dollars by the end of next month for example, not that realistic…
3. Do not apply any specific time frame for your miracles to be granted!
You can ask to achieve some of your miracle list item in few months or so, and other by the end of this year, but not in a specific day/month. Miracles have their own divine timing and spirits know when to deliver them.
4. Don’t tell spirits how to do their job and in which ways to deliver your miracle!
Be open for spirits to do their magic without too many conditions.
Obviously you need to make sure your do the “leg work” first such as send out resumes when you are looking for a new job, search for possible homes where you would like to move…but then, let it go…
5. In order to “feed” your list, energetically speaking, every day, read your list twice a day, once in the morning and again in the evening.
If you realize that you need to fix, change, or add things to the list, do! Do it until you are completely satisfied with it.
6. Not only visualize your miracle list granted, but also sense the feeling that you will have when you get that new job, meet the new life partner, or move to a better home.
7. You can teach others about the concept of miracle list but do not share yours with them. Sharing and talking about it will weaken the energy.
This is your life your journey, keep it to yourself.
8. Fully and authentically believe in miracles, but more importantly in the beautiful powerful spirits that will help grant them!
Good Luck!

New Year Message
New Year Message
Get into the habit of starting your day with this important spiritual routine:
When you get up in the morning do some cardio exercise (for about 20-30 minutes) in order to speed-up the Chi, the energy that “feeds” the physical body. Then, meditate (outside if possible) so that you can align yourself with your Soul, Spirits, and the Universe. When you are done meditating, pray!
Ask for help in overcoming your Ego’s weaknesses and shortcomings, Ask for help in what it is you want to achieve in life, pray for your loved ones, pray for peace on planet Earth! Then, briefly visualized your day going smoothly, see yourself happy and joyful. Enter the house and eat a light, healthy, breakfast.
Repeat daily!
That whole routing usually takes me about 45 minutes to an hour.
Now, Depending on time, you can prolong it by adding some weight training exercises, listening to music prior to meditation, and being more specific as to what it is you need help with or want.
It is important to keep in mind that mornings are best for this routine. Even if your mornings are busy, get up before your day starts, regardless of the time, and just do it! Ignore your mind’s excuses.
The results are worth the effort!
