“PILE UP” YOUR MIRACLES!

Miracles are real, amazing, and powerful. They constantly happen to all of us throughout our lives!

Miracles happen to those of us who pray or not, ask for them or not, believe in them or do not think they are real, or those of us who are spiritual, religious, or atheists! The reason miracles happen to all of us without exception, is because miracles are generated from The Higher Power who created us and who equally and unconditionally loves us ALL!

However, although miracles do not have any conditions as to who gets them and who doesn’t, they are bound by a few important universal laws such as the correct divine timing, (which is often different from our timing), our highest good, our soul’s growth on this planet, lessons we must learn, karma, and others…

Although miracles do not discriminate when, how, and to whom they will appear, there are certain ways in which we can help “rush“ a miracle, make it be more detailed and specific, and manifest more miracles in our lives.

In order to do that we must first understand that miracles are energy in motion, and when we “feed” this energy we strengthen it, we make it bigger, more powerful, and more often!

There are a few effective ways to do that:

1) Throughout your day, make an effort to be aware of all the miracles in our life. Not only the ones that are obvious and are “bigger than life” but more so the little “silly” every day ones, such as finding a parking space that you like, getting a positive results from a test that you took, pressing on the car brakes a second before realizing that there is car behind you, or remembering the biggest miracle of all: getting up in the morning with a breath in your lungs!

2) Be grateful and thankful! When we receive a miracle and we are grateful and thankful for it, we project positive energy. Projecting this positive energy will activate the law of attraction which in return will draw to us more positive energies, which miracles are made of. On the contrary, if we are casual or dismissive about our miracles, as if we are entitled to them, do not appreciate them, or focus only on the ones that we think we did not get, we project a negative energy that perhaps will not stop a miracle from coming our way, but will certainly not speed up the next one!

3) When you ask for a miracle, make sure that you ask specifically and in a realistic way for what you want and need. Although the Creator has its own intelligence that is way beyond our comprehension and therefore knows what we need, using your words in the correct and clear way will strengthen the energy and deliver exactly what you asked for. If you are unclear with what you want, you can project a scattered energy that will attract a miracle that reflects your confusing request! So ask for anything you want, but, be clear!

4) Refrain from telling God how to do his work! Once you ask for a miracle, leave it alone! You can repeat your miracle requests every once in a while, but for the most part, do not drill on it! If at every minute of every day you think about how your miracle is forgotten or worse you get angry about the way you have received it, the timing of it, or you complain that the miracle is different from what you have asked for, you are underestimating the Creator’s power, wisdom, and most of all, his love for you!

REFLECTIONS ON DIFFICULT TIMES

We lived in our old home for nearly 9 years. We had a lease-to-buy option. When the time came for us to try and purchase the house, the bank asked way too much money and so we decided to look for another house. It took us 7 months of difficult and stressful searching with a lot of disappointments to finally get to our dream home that practically “fell in our lap” from what we truly believe is a gift from the universe and God.

I remember once we moved all our belonging to the new property and came to the old house one last time, I sat in the empty patio and reflected on the nine years that Clayton and I lived there with all our beloved furry-kids.
I tried to reflect on the difficult times that we experienced over the years. Some of the challenges that we faced were easy to resolve, while others were so difficult that we felt stuck, frozen with fear, confused, and scared. But without a doubt ALL of our challenges really tested our faith! Our faith in spirituality, the universe, each other, and at times our faith in God.
While remembering our difficult challenges, I also reviewed our reactions to them, the actions that we applied, and the amazing lessons that we learned. I was also able to clearly see how much our difficulties has shaped who we are, individually and as a couple. The difficult experiences that tested our faith strengthened it, the difficult times that causes us to be frozen with fear helped us be courageous, and the difficulties that caused us to doubt, blame, or disconnect from one another caused us to remain united, and connected, and more loving than ever!

But most of all, I realized that despite how stressful, difficult, and at times unbearable, our experiences on this harsh planet are, we CAN overcome it and survive!
We just have to remember that difficult times will pass, that challenges are there to teach us and help our soul grow, and when times are hard we need to “dig in deep”, observe our reactions, apply the right actions, be patient, pray, and ask for help from the many powerful Light Beings that are there to assist us!

If you are experiencing a difficult time, please know that you will be OK! It might not feel that way at the moment, but hang on, believe, have faith, and patiently wait for the beautiful positive energy to shift your way!
Remember, there are NO unanswered prayers!

Balance

In my teaching, a repeated message from our spirit guides is about the importance of a balanced life, which most of us today, do not have!

Work: If your job is demanding, draining, or consuming a lot of hours, you must train yourself to detach in your down time, when you are away from work, like in the evenings and weekends. That includes internally as well. This means not thinking or worrying about your work/your job, and externally, this means not checking emails or actively working if what you are doing can wait until you go back. Otherwise, if you are not sufficient disconnected and are anxiously anticipating going back to work, you will not give your system enough time to energetically recharge. Not detaching from work can also mean that you are compromising your emotional, spiritual, and physical bodies which then leave you exhausted, depleted, frustrated, and grumpy!

Family: You must find time, tend to, work on, and nurture all the members of your family; your kids and your life partner, equally! When couples have children, they tent to create an imbalanced life where they put most of the care/attention into the children and forget their partner. That of course creates an energetically distant relationship that with time can create a complete disconnection.

So tent to your partner by creating date nights, candle light dinners, and other fun loving activities where you are together, alone, and without the children! Also, remember, your children, at any age, can energetically sense when their parents are disconnected and unhappy as opposed to when they are connected and loving.
Besides, happy parents = happy children!
Self: Within a properly balanced life, you can never, ever forget you!
Balance your life in a way that no matter how busy you are in your job, your family life, your challenges, or even consumed with your or others health issues, you must find time for “you to be with you”!
You need to reserve time where you have dates with yourself! Go out to eat, have a short or long drive/road trip, stay in a hotel for a night, get a massage, a facial, have a spa day, etc. Being by yourself, even for a short period of time can help you to recharge your batteries, disconnect from “life”, get a better perspective on things, and reconnect to your true beautiful self! Also, create balance and harmony in your mind, body and spirit. Mind refers to find ways that help you to quiet your busy active thinking and worrying. Body means that you do your best to nurture your body, with a good life style and internal acceptance of how your body is, appearance wise, age or abilities. Spirit, refers to continuously learning and engaging in spirituality, such as reading spiritual or self-help books, going to spiritual events and retreats, meditating, etc. Engaging in spirituality, in a consistent manner, will not only add to your spiritual knowledge and abilities, but more importantly will help to awaken your memory of who you really are: a multidimensional, immortal, powerful energy being that is powerful and wise beyond limits!

Last week, I was back home in Israel for my niece’s wedding.
I woke up on a Saturday morning to enjoy coffee time with my mom. My dad went to the synagogue as he does every Saturday.

When my mom and I were in the living room, I saw her frantically looking for something. I asked her, what she was looking for? She told me “I cannot find your dad’s love note”.  I asked her, what does she mean? She explained that every Saturday morning, while she is still in bed, before he leaves to the synagogue, he write her a note where he express his love for her, his appreciation for their marriage, for the children and grand-children, and for the blessed life that they have built together.
I was super surprised and quite emotionally touched. I honestly had no idea that my father was such a romantic man. I asked mom how long has he been writing those notes to her, and she said for most of their marriage.
They are married 58 years.

When I got home I told Clayton that I am going to adopt the idea of a love note every Saturday morning.

Express your love to the people in your life, in a note on a Saturday morning, or in any other way you find appropriate!

Today, Clayton and I were driving and a motorcycle rider tried to pass us on a two lane highway, lost control and crashed his bike into the oncoming traffic. He rolled over on the road for what seemed to be forever…
We stopped the car and rushed to see him. For a while he was down but then he stood up. He was very shaken, bruised up, and bleeding but appeared okay. He was a young man, maybe in his twenties. Of course he was shocked, confused, and scared. I hugged him and Clayton and I tried to comfort him. We stayed with him for a while and got the motorcycle off the road to make sure he was able to continue on his damaged bike, and then drove off.

It was such an emotional thing to go through, to think how lucky this young man was as he so easily could have lost his life today, at that moment, and his family would get the awful news that he will not be coming home…

After the incident, both Clayton and I felt how fragile life can be and how quickly things can change.
We felt blessed and grateful to be alive!

Although we have a great deal of protection from our powerful guardian angels, we also have free will! Meaning, if we continue to be reckless and stupid we can die, or worse, harm someone else!

So help your Guardian  Angels help you.
Always value and cherish your life!
