Hi everyone,
Grieving over the loss of our loved ones is normal. After all, in some cases, it appears as though our deceased loved ones are just plucked away from us, in an instant. Other times, they leave us after a long battle with some illness that caused them a great amount of suffering. Because we are human beings, living with the physical mind, that unbearable tragedy of losing someone we love, is naturally felt as a deep pain and anguish that can cause us to lose our faith, especially if the death did not “make any sense”. It appears as if the world is cruel, and death is a random event. If we prolong these feelings, our ego, which always tend to be negative, will cause us to feel guilty as if we should have, or could have, done something to prevent their death.
Unfortunately, during the course of my work, I meet people that are unable to get over the deep grief they are experiencing, and enter a state of depression that lasts for months and even years after the loss. This emotional state affects every part of their lives.
In this message, I would like you to try to understand, that the only way you can manage your grief is by relying on the spiritual concept that the death of your loved one was NOT random, and that you had nothing to do with their passing, regardless of how it looks on the surface.
Incarnation is a very detail oriented event. This means that everything significant that has happened, or is happening to us, such as childhood experiences, marriage, divorce, various challenges, failures, successes are all pre-set by our soul, prior to entering the physical body, and are there for one reason: to grow in spiritual awareness! The time when we arrive, AND when we leave this planet, is included plan!
The amazing force that governs all things, the one that we call God, is an all loving energy that loves and cares for us very much. We are his children, a part of his creation. He created this physical dimension, planet Earth, as a school-like setting where our souls can experience life in a physical body in order to grow.
When we arrive in this dimension, what we do while we are here, how much we are willing to learn, and when we leave, is all up to US to decide.
The Universe, that God has created, is fair and organized! Everything is in a perfect order regardless of what it looks in our limited perception of our five senses.
Have faith that it is so!
Love to you all,
XO
Miki
