SIGNS
Spirits always try to make their presence known to us through signs!
Obviously, the more spiritual we are, and the more open we are to the concept of life after death and the spirit world, the easier it will be for us to accept the idea that Spirits are very much with us and are trying to get our attention with signs. And so it is up to us to make sure that we are not oblivious to The Signs”, recognize them as a way of communicating, and acknowledge them out loud with warm feelings of gratitude.
Rely on your intuition to recognize signs from Spirits and beware of the mind that knows nothing of them! If you happen to find a feather for example, observe your usual doubtful mind telling you to look around for the pillow that the feather fell out off, even if you are outside. Using your intuition however, you will sense the greater magnitude of that feather as a sign from the beautiful Beings that watch over you: your Angels!
Different spirits tend to show us different sings. Angels like to use feathers, butterflies and hummingbirds. They also use the clock and certain numbers/time as a means of messages. Our Spirit Guides often use television, commercials, other people and their conversations and comments; ones we know or complete strangers, as messengers to express their guidance and support for us. Our departed loved ones often manipulate electronic devices such as a fan, the lights, and phones that ring when no one is on the line, special songs that remind us of them, people that will pass by us that look like them, a familiar smell that will remind us of them such as specific after shave, perfume, soap, and cigars. Our Spirit Guides as well as our loved ones in Spirit also love to put pennies in our way.
All of the above signs are only a general guideline since any of those signs can be switched between different spirits at different times in our life.
When it comes to signs there are two important things to remember, first, the more open we are to the concept of signs, the more signs we will get, and second, every time you trust a sign to be from spirits, you will sharpen your intuitive system which will then allow you to know who the sign is from, and why it has been given to you.
