Ego Alert: MEDITATION

EGO’S COMMON THINKING:

Meditation is not important, I have no extra time to do it, I tried and I can not quiet my mind, I will start tomorrow….

SPIRITUAL PERSPECTIVE:

The essence of the word meditation means to quiet the mind by taking our focus away from our thoughts and into the present moment.

Meditation helps us to feel more serene, content, joyful, and energetically lighter. It helps us to get inspired and have a clear view of our life challenges, experiences, and purpose! It keeps us connected and healthy in every way!

In life, if we do not discipline our mind’s negative tendencies to constantly think, over analyze, worry, and predict, we create a dense negative energy in our Auric field which then cloud-up the channel that aligns us with our higher self and connects us with the spirit world.

With a clouded channel, we make it more difficult for inspiration, guidance and support from the spirit world and our higher self to enter our conscious field, which then causes us to become stuck in the density of planet Earth, and we get overwhelmed with our world around us and our lives. A clouded channel also slows down the Chi energy, the life force that enter the body and gives it life. With a sluggish energy flow we feel tired and not all there”…

In Meditation, once our mind is quiet, we are able to clear up any dense energy that were produce by our thoughts and open- up that channel.

With a clear channel we can align ourselves with the beautiful nature of our soul, connect to our Team of teachers and loved ones in spirit, and to the source!

There are many different techniques that you can use to meditate such as the use of sounds, colors, visualization, and entering the body’s energy field, just to name a few. Some techniques might work for some people while others won’t work, which is why it is a good idea to try a variety of ways to discover which ones work best for you. If you are new to medition, I have found it helpful to begin with guided meditation where you are literally guided by listening to the voice of the instructor and relieve the focus of your conscious mind.

Expecting to grow spiritually, communicate with spirits, and feel connected and centered without meditation is like expecting a toned body without exercise.

Meditation is the core concept of ALL spiritual growth.

Authentically understanding why meditation is so important to us in our Earthly incarnations will help you put it in priority and into your daily, scheduled routine! However, the most important thing to remember is that : The way in which you meditate, as well as the length of your meditation sessions, are not as important as your dedication to the process!

Consistency it the key to success!
