Yesterday, during my morning meditation, I channeled Barmenanda who is one of my beloved Spirit Guides.
He spoke about how most people on this planet just exist rather than live!
He spoke about how common it is for us to focus our attention on our lives as a cup that we think is half empty, as opposed to, the half that is actually always full. How we are always worried, afraid, and obsess about our past and our unknown future. How rarely we allow ourselves to just be, and bask in the perfect state of the present moment, and how we tend to judge and misinterpret our challenging experiences as curses, rather than as blessings in disguise.
The problem with this, Barmenanda continued, is when you just joylessly exist, you waste a perfectly good opportunity to use this school-like planet, and this incarnation, for what it was meant for, which is growth. And unfortunately, it is the ultimate disappointment for your soul which carefully planned this life solely for that purpose.
I asked him why we do that.
He said that we are a species who think too much, and thus view our lives from the perspective of our mind, which usually tends to be judgmental, negative, fearful, and energetically heavy. Using the mind to judge our life, can also cause us to forget who we really are, and why we are here.
How can we change that, I asked.
Switch perspectives, from your mind’s to your neutral, fearless, and immortal soul.
Authentically, and without a doubt, know that all your challenges, difficulties, life circumstances, and people are valuable, important, and are there for a reason. None of them are good or bad, but simply necessary to experience as part of your Earthy incarnation; as a part of your soul’s growth.
Barmenanda finished his message by saying: Don’t be afraid of your life. Enjoy it, learn from it, and live life to the fullest.
