Ego Alert: Exercise/Moving the body
The EGO’s common thinking: I do not have time; I am busy; I can’t lose any weight anyway; I will start tomorrow; It doesn’t matter.
The SPIRITUAL PERSPECTIVE: Exercise, or moving the body, is a “spiritual medicine” as the spirit world refers to it, and it goes much deeper then just losing weight and feeling wonderful afterward. When we move the body, we speed up the life force/the Chi that enters our body through the crown Chakra, at the top of the head, and “feeds” the physical, mental, and emotional bodies with healing energies. It gives the body life! When we move the body, we also clear-up the Chakras, which are a door-way, an opening, for the energy to pass through the body at various areas as well.
And so exercise, in any way shape or form, is an activity that you MUST include in your daily routine! Do not think about it too much, Just do it! If you think about it, or debate it, your Ego will take over and go back to its usual excuses, and you will most likely skip it.
Once you authentically understand the spiritual concept behind exercise it will be easier for you to put it in priority.
The spiritual benefits of exercising are CRUCIAL for our well being on Earth!
